How much luggage can I bring?

  • When flying privately you are not necessarily limited to the number of bags you can bring, but by the weight.  On average each passenger can bring up to 60 lbs.  If you have any large or odd items you wish to bring please consult with PJ AIR for approval. 

Are there restrictions on what I can bring in my luggage?

  • PJ AIR operates under the TSA Guidelines regarding prohibited items. If you have any questions regarding certain items that you wish to bring please consult with PJ AIR representatives.

Where do I meet the aircraft?

  • Upon booking and confirmation of your charter flight, PJ AIR will confirm the FBO name and location where you will meet your Pilot and Aircraft.  A FBO is a fixed-based operator that services general aviation and private aircraft.

How early do I need to arrive at the airport?

  • PJ AIR asks that all passengers arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to departure.

Can I bring my pet along?

  • Yes you may!  PJ AIR asks that you please inform us ahead of time if you are planning to bring any pets along.  All pets must be well behaved, small animals must be contained in a crate or kennel.  Additional cleaning fees may apply.

Are there refreshments provided during the flight?

  • Yes, PJ Air provides in-air refreshments during each charter flight.

What are the benefits of flying with PJ Air over commercial airlines?

  • There are several advantages of flying with us over the large commercial airlines:  You don’t need to arrive several hours before your flight, there are no long lines you have to stand in, and you get to schedule your departure time, not the other way around.  However, probably the biggest perk is our ability to access many airports that the larger airlines cannot.  This means getting you closer to your actual destination than any large airline could.
